You will be met
Someone will greet you at the door. If you would rather slip in quietly, that is welcome too.
About the service
We open with worship, share the Word, and pray together. Kids are welcome in the sanctuary, and we have space for them if they need it.

What time are Sunday services at The FLOW Kingdom Ministries?
Sunday Worship Celebration begins at 12pm. Doors open about 30 minutes early so you have time to settle in, grab a coffee, and meet a few people.
Where is The FLOW Kingdom Ministries located?
We gather at 18 Bancroft Rd, Poughkeepsie, NY 12601, in the Hudson Valley region of New York. Parking is available on site. Get directions on Google Maps. Google Maps
What should I wear to church?
Come as you are. Some people dress up, most keep it casual. There is no dress code. What matters is that you showed up.
Is this a family-friendly church? Are kids welcome?
Yes. Children are welcome in the sanctuary during worship, and we have space for them if they need to move around. We also run a dedicated Children's Church ministry.
What denomination is The FLOW Kingdom Ministries?
We are a Christian, multicultural church that believes in Jesus Christ. We move in the revelation of deliverance and serve people from many backgrounds.
Do you have midweek services and prayer meetings?
Yes. Tuesday Bible Study meets at 7pm, Thursday Prayer begins at 7pm, and Friday Youth Night begins at 7:30pm (except the last Friday of the month).
Can I watch sermons online if I cannot visit in person?
Yes. Our services and messages are streamed on our YouTube channel, and recent sermons are archived on the Sermons page of this site.
How do I plan my first visit?
You do not need to sign up. If you would like us to be watching for you, send a note to info@iamflow.org and someone will greet you at the door on Sunday.
